The way they hug the road and the torque the Packard 289ci V8 makes is just a combination you have to feel to appreciate.
Just like Tuckers its a crying shame the big 3 crushed Studebakers reputation because they really are one beautiful peace of American craftsmanship.
This specific Studebaker really stands out with its beautiful two tone Black and Silver paint scheme and it only gets better when you open the door and see the beautiful red leather interior white headliner and hurst 4 speed shifter.
This car was owned by a superintendent of a high school out in Western Massachusetts it was his prize possession he owned it for over 20 years and in 2015 he had the motor rebuilt.
The Packard 289 is as strong as can be and its hooked up to a couple glass pack mufflers giving this Studebaker one beautiful sound.
In 2019 he decided to get rid of it and he sold it to a local gentlemen who thoroughly enjoyed it until we purchased it from him.
He enjoyed driving it through the Berkshires when the owner went on a test drive with him he was smiling ear to ear and almost backed out on the deal cause he loved the car so much but he decided to move on from it.
