Customer Returns Clerk I, 2nd Shift

_Job Summary:_
Position is responsible for the daily processing of all returned product to the company through its ERP system. Individual will receive, open, and process all returned product. The position reviews processes, questions, expedites and corrects all incoming products returned from customers. Responsibilities include preparing returned medical instruments for decontamination, and operating decontamination equipment.
_Duties and Responsibilities:_
Open all daily returns for the processing of each.
Document the receipt of customer returns with complete attention to details.
Receive all customer returns within 24 hours of delivery.
Follow-up and follow-through (including problem resolution) must be complete and accomplished in a timely manner.
Aware of practices and processes utilizing current management tools.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Data Entry experience.
Must be a detail minded person.
Must work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
