Modern office setting Growth opportunities The function of the Compliance Administrator role is to review and assist in the processes of ensuring that all files are compliant according to our organizational standards and as required by Department of Transportation Regulations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates the tracking, preparation, and completion of regulatory filings, registrations, licensing, and compliance documents.
Ensures documentation fulfills all requirements and meets filing deadlines.
Assists with noncompliance investigations and implementing and monitoring compliance controls.
Utilizes established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance.
Supports the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business.
Monitors activities impacted by regulatory requirements related to the organization's governance and any industry-specific or location-specific laws.
Implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations.
Prepares and updates communication materials.
Enhance the company's positive image and provide exceptional feedback to employees.
Work is closely managed.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
