Overview The Manager of Engineering assists the Project Manager in directing and managing multiple Engineers on a manufacturing/industrial construction management project. Responsibilities Coordinate engineering process with construction management Establish procedure manual for all processes and present to other team members (A/E and Owners) Train and Educate project team in all project procedures, document posting and submittal review Estimate and process change orders Facilitate project meetings with Gilbane staff. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management 8 or more years with CM/General Contractor Organization on large ($70-$120 mm) construction project in a lead engineering role Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong verbal presentation and written skills Ability to work in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Financial Management familiarity OSHA 10-Hour Certified Thorough MEP Knowledge Complete Understanding of Contract Document & Specifications Proficient in Procore LEED Certification (preferred)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
